As a collaborative effort between Architecture and Engineering students from the National University of Singapore, Pine Boulevard is an exploration into the possibilities of a totally Timber high-rise within Singapore.

Located adjacent to Scape and Ngee Ann City, the project is a mixed use development with residential units atop a commercial podium.

Designed with a saw-tooth facade, the form naturally provides shade to the interiors in the spirit of passive design.

​

The project has obtained the award of Merit in the International Building Design Competition of 2019.
